What are your store hours?

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM. We are available on Saturdays by appointment and closed on Sundays.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash or check payments only; credit cards are not currently accepted.

Do you do custom orders?

If you're interested in processing specific animals, we offer services for lamb and hogs (half or whole), as well as beef (quarter, half, or full). We can supply your desired animal and customize the cuts as per your preference. Certain restrictions may apply; please contact us for details on your specific order.
